To say I’m grateful for this life is an understate To say I’m grateful for this life is an understatement. Sometimes I catch myself thinking, how is this my life? To have love, good health, a home, food on the table, and my little family… I don’t take any of it for granted. We were supposed to take these photos somewhere else but when plans changed, we ended up in the prettiest spot. A little reminder that sometimes a change in plans is a redirection to something even more beautiful. One of my favorite traditions is coming back to Oregon every summer and having these photos taken by a dear friend I met when we lived here. Watching our family grow through her lens year after year is something I’ll always treasure. I am forever grateful. Disney dump pt. 3 This one was one for the books! Disney dump pt. 3 This one was one for the books! Managing a group of 11 through Disneyland is something I can add to my resume 😂 This trip was so special to see the littles ones so excited was a gift. If there is one thing Nina loves it’s Disneyland and her cousins. We originally was suppose to stay at Disneyland for two days but we spontaneously decided we didn’t have enough and opted to stay just one more day and I think that made the trip even sweeter. We got to see the same Tiana from our last trip and she remembered us!! We cried and hugged and she walked us to get free beignets at her resturant 😭✨ This year has been a literal dream. I can’t believe I get to live this life with the people in it and I’m just incredibly grateful. Disney photo dump pt. 2 This trip was for my daug Disney photo dump pt. 2 This trip was for my daughters & sisters birthday in April (Aries twins 👯 ) I love these photos because you can just see how much Nina is coming out of her shell. I’m sure having her Oma and Auntie there really helped with that! Downtown Disney was POPPING! A dj was playing Disney throwbacks and whenever music is playing I’m forsure dancing. The best part of this trip was meeting Princess Tiana. We got to share such a special moment with her. She is truly Princess. Ugh this was such a fun trip💛

Each trip has been so so special and magical. ✨ So here is the trip we took for my 30th birthday in the beginning of November 2025. I crocheted the 30 Mickey ears to celebrate and I was so happy with how it turned out! I love these photos because you can see how shy Nina was to meet the characters. She kept covering her face during photos and the photographers would try so hard to get her to smile but we told them this was the theme of the trip 😂 you’ll see her progression of how comfortable she gets with the characters and photos in the next two trips! #disney #disneyland #crochet #mickeyears #familytime

Here is my 2025 crochet round up! To be honest, I Here is my 2025 crochet round up! To be honest, I couldn’t fit everything in this collage because there was so much I created this year but here are some of my faves. 💛 This year was full of trips, creation & building. From traveling to new places like Colorado to spending my 30th birthday at my favorite place (Disneyland), I always brought a piece of my crochet with me. I even got to test a pattern for the first time! We did so much this year and I’m so grateful for my little family. I feel like the past 5 years I have been in a survival/airplane mode (losing a parent does that to ya) but 2025 felt like the year I could finally just breathe and be myself. 2025 was the year I understood who I am. Crocheting truly has been such a life changing skill to learn and I am excited to see what I create & what opportunities continue to arise as a crocheter. Cheers to 2026! Cheers to vulnerability, good health, more yarn/crocheting, exciting adventures and lots of success!
